Together with her husband, Pastor Rod Dennis, Pastor Joyce pastors the Rhema Family Worship Center in Countryside, IL. She hosts a bi-annual women's conference that seeks to unite women of the 21st century in the area of empowerment, encouragement and entrepreneurial endeavors. She understands Satan's strategic plan to destroy, divide and polarize women and having them living beneath the plan God has for their lives. Working with homeless shelters, youth groups and women's shelters, Pastor Joyce seeks to extend ministry beyond the four walls of the church.

Pastor Joyce facilitates a dynamic monthly women's book club that is more about helping women achieve next success than just book reading. Her column, "Pearls of Wisdom", in the church's semi-monthly newsletter, provides insight on relationship matters that provides keys to developing and sustaining healthy and satisfying marriages. She is also the president and CEO of "A Satisfied Woman" Ministry, taking the gospel to venues within and outside the local church. As a cool breeze on a summer day, her soul stirring and thought provoking messages send the clarion call of God to those who have an ear to hear.
